Supporting Trans Athletes (with Erica Sullivan)

Hope is joined by Olympic Silver medalist and University of Texas women's swimmer Erica Sullivan who recently placed third against Lia Thomas, a transgender athlete, in the 500 freestyle at the 2022 Women's NCAA Championships. Although Lia has received a ton of backlash, Erica expresses her support for Lia's journey and shares her own story as an LGBTQ athlete on this week's edition of Hope Solo Speaks.
